I have used Norton by Symantec since 1983 when I bought my first computer and have had other computers since then and now a laptop for quite a few years. All have had Norton on them and never have had a problem with a slow computer. A tech that I have had several times and my daughter who occassionly uses computer when she is here, have both remarked about my computer being fast.
