I am trying to use Quicken 2002 new user edition, on OS Vista home, with a HP Photo Smart C4280 all in one. I can't get the printer to "see" the quicken report, I keep asking it to print and it tells me that no print jobs are waiting. Can some one please help, explain like you are talking to a, I used to say child but children know so much more about computers than I, I will have to change that to explain like you are talking to an old woman!
