The Control panel, Remove programs wouldn't touch Nortons NOR did the Norton programs themselves have an Uninstall :-( Uninstall program for NORTON stuff -- http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Norton-Removal-Tool.shtml has a program: Norton Removal Tool 2009.0.5.40: Free Download that removed the majority of my Norton programs.
