Hi Kay, Just wondering... Can you print from other programs such as your Word Processor ? According to Microsoft Quicken 2002 is not compatible with Windows Vista... It says "Action recommended - Get Paid Upgrade" http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/Search.aspx?type=Software&s=quicken&page=3 https://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/Details.aspx?type=Software&p=Quicken%202002&v=Intuit&uid=&pf=0&pi=0&s=Quicken%202002&os=32-bit Does Quicken function okay? Apparently, in Vista, you must run the install as Administrator or problems can occur. Not to be negative, but I have also heard that, as of 2007, Quicken 2002 will no longer be able to access financial institutions on-line. Again, I am not sure if this is true or not, but I would not be surprised. Just wanted to point that out ! Regards, Kevin. ========================== Is Quicken 2002 compatible with Vista Home Premium? http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Is_quicken_2002_compatible_with_Vista_Home_Premium Installing Quicken on Vista http://blogs.tech-recipes.com/shamanstears/2007/02/22/installing-quicken-on-vista/ How to find programs that are certified to work on Windows Vista http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933305 On Thu, Jul 2, 2009 at 8:58 PM, Kay <PastTracker@windstream.net> wrote: > > I am trying to use Quicken 2002 new user edition, on OS Vista home, with > > a HP Photo Smart C4280 all in one. > > I can't get the printer to "see" the quicken report, I keep asking it to > print and it tells me that no print jobs are waiting. > > > > Can some one please help, explain like you are talking to a, I used to say > child but children know so much more about computers than I, I will have to > change that to explain like you are talking to an old woman! > > > > Thanks > > > > --Kay > > Remember - No matter where you go, there you are. > > > > > > :-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~: > > Take pity on Digest subscribers and remember to SNIP when replying. > > :-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~: > > > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to COMPUTERS-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message -- -------- K.
