Thanks, Kevin-- I guess I asked the wrong question or asked it incorrectly. These are not start-up programs, but my anti-virus and anti-malware programs. I am trying to access some files that others are able to acess, but I cannot. I though perhaps the configuration on these two programs were blocking my access to the files. Any further ideas?
