Hi Judith Some people who had this problem suspected a corrupted Delete Items.dbx file. They deleted it and the next time they deleted a file, a new Deleted Items.dbx file was created which solved the problem. If you wish to try this, go to OE - Tools - Options - Maintenance. Open Store folder and write down the file contained there. Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools - Folder Options- View. Select show Hidden files and folders. Next in Windows Explorer go to the Store Folder address you wrote down. Delete the Deleted Items.dbx File. If that was the problem you should be able to delete files once more. All of a sudden I'm not able to delete any email messages. The problem occurred just after I finished running an Ad-aware Scan. (Might just have been a coincidence.) Any help in correcting this problem is greatly appreciated. : : Judith Smith-Ross : : : ::-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~: : : Take pity on Digest subscribers and remember to SNIP when replying. : ::-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~:-~: : : : : : ------------------------------- : To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to COMPUTERS-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message :
