Hi, Bob and everyone. I forgot to mention that I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser. I went to Windows Internet Explorer -- Clicked on Tools -- there was no Folder Options, but it did show Internet Options. So, now what do I do?? I don't know what version of IE was used.. You should have opened Windows Explorer. Right click on Start and then click Explore or just open anything that will open it. My Computer, for example.
