Every time I use start, run, msconfig. It says windows cannot find msconfig. What is my problem and what do I do to correct this. Thanks Phyllis

Use Windows Explorer to search for the file and make certain you have it. Be sure to use the Advanced option to search system folders and hidden files and folders. My copy of msconfig.exe is in this location: C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 You have to be logged in as an administrator to use it.
