Bob I tried the first suggestion. Didn't work. Started to make a New Identity and for some unknown reason I hit Preview. Problem solved. See you back on Computer List. If the above fails create yourself a New Identity: File / Identities / Add new identity ===>> follow the prompts ,,,,,,, along the way you will be ask about a connection, answer "Use existing connection" When the new identity is created click on the Inbox and make sure the "extra" window is not there. Do not download any email into this new identity. If all is well, switch back to your old Identity (File / Switch Identity ....) and get back to the list, we will pick up from there.
