This is not just an email but a fram that the email goes in to. When you open an email it goes into a fram the has a lot controlling feathers at the top. This fram has only three features. 1. From:, 2. To: & 3. Subject. I don't know how to explain it to you. Any email that you open goes into the regular frame and also this unwanted fram. Help.
