I have a laptop with vista and windows mail I have tried everything to configure my e-mail but it doesn't work. Are there any good free e-mail programs that are like outlook?

If you can't configure your email account in Outlook, you will almost certainly have exactly the same problem with any other email software. What kind of problem are you having?
