Kevin, I have a Sony Vaio notebook and it did not come with any hard copy booklet etc., I would like to know if there is something that would tell me the special functions of the keyboard---I am sure somewhere on the computer I should have it but WHERE to look? Helen

Go to http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=DOCS and type in your model number and then you should be given a list of manuals. I think the one you will want to look at is the User Guide. Hi Helen, It must also have a model number... perhaps on a label underneath ??? Helen Have a look at the Sony Viao website, you should be able to download the user manual from there which will tell you what the function keys do. I would give you the exact link but it depends on your model.
