Hi Sara, It sounds like you are trying to recover a file or files that you have deleted, if they are in the Recycle Bin. I suggest that you will need a Data Recovery program. You can find one here... Sara, System Restore is JUST that it will restore the System files NOT program and data files. If you have a file that is in the recycle bin, then just right click it and select Restore. If it is NOT there and you have saved ANY files to the hard drive, since it was deleted, you most likely will not be able to recover it.
