Hi all I just wanted to relate that the demise of our old friend good service was greatly exagerated <g> The power supply for my laptop keeled over the other day, having checked here there and everywhere I found a place in Yorkshire who on phoning checked and quoted for a replacement (several places did not even answer the phone or emails) This was at 4:58 pm Friday 22nd , he said the cut off was 4pm for post but would take it to the post office himself and confirmed after that it had been despatched This morning at 9.30am it arrived in Cornwall and is up and running Its nice to know there are firms out there still willing and able to give good service , credit where its due Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK)
