Morning Nivard, Thank you so much for your reply and your thoughts on IE v Firefox. I will download Firefox and give it a try. IE at present is crashing at least once a week so I've got nothing to lose. I also have trouble viewing some webpages with IE so perhaps this will improve that too. Thanks again for your help, I like the idea of Firefox saving the sites I'm viewing if it does crash.
