Put a laser lens cleaner disk in and let it clean the lens. Have seen this "fix" many a cdrom problem. Tom
Hi Tom, Thanks for the input. Unless I missed something, I dont think that would work if the disk doesnt spin which I am presuming it doesnt given the error message of disk not ready? On the other hand I will definitely file that hint for future reference. Thanks.
