Yes, it's a pain to uninstall and reinstall Enhanced Image Viewer, and once it's installed but not working, it has to be completely removed before it can be installed again. I went through the whole process with Ancestry.com's help when my computer was new a couple of months ago. It simply would not download, and Support sent me the program as an attachment to E-mail, so I don't have to download it again. Support sent me an E-mail telling me that it will *not* work with IE 8.
