    3. Is there a firewall installed? If so, which one? Did this start happening after th installation of IE7 ? If not, when did it start happening? What changed in the system ? Regards, Kevin. 3. He did have zonealarm (free version), he got a notice for an update (though I suspect it was actually the upgrade come on), anyway, it didn't go right so he did the add/remove and uninstalled ZA. Then couldn't reinstall because he got the web page error, so enabled the windows firewall so he'd have some protection. He can't remember if the problem started before or after the ZA debacle. Maybe something didn't go right with the uninstall, I have no idea. He's used IE7 since it first came out, never had a problem with it at all. As I mentioned, he can pull up Google (his IE homepage) once, then has to reset and restart to be able to do it again, in the meantime, any page he tries cannot be displayed. Weird. Thanks for helping. Toni ----- Original Message ----- From: Kevin Ross Is there a firewall installed? If so, which one? Did this start happening after th installation of IE7 ?
