Like I said, I signed up for two months, found a lot of info. I needed then decided to unsubscribe for a few months until I gathered enough names to warrant paying for another month or two. Of course I continued using the SSDI when I needed to search for a SSN. They charged me for the month I only used it for SSDI. I had to go to My Account and unsubscribe again. I sent them an e-mail the first of the week asking why they charged me, but they have not responded. I am washing my hands of them and gone back to using Rootsweb SSDI and FamilySearch.
