    2. It wiped out Ancestry.com's Enhanced Image Viewer, and Ancestry has no fix; the viewer simply isn't compatible with IE 8. I got IE 7 back at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/957700 . Something caused problems with my AVG anti-virus program, and I suspect that was also IE 8.     3. Not sure if this applies or not, but it is a good procedure for completely uninstalling and removing Enhanced Image Viewer from your system, then re-installing...     3. I was happy with IE 8 until I tried to print a Mother's Day card at BlueMountain.com and kept getting an error message. I wrote to Blue Mountain and found out that IE 8 is not compatible with their site. They sent me the following URL to fix the problem (uninstalling IE8): > Our systems show that you are accessing our site using Internet Explorer > 8.
