Can't do it because he needs to google firefox, once the google links come up, when he clicks the link he needs, then he gets the 'cannot display web page" error. The only way he can get back on the net is by reset the modem, restarting, etc. Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: Vanessa Stern Have you tried another browser, such as Firefox, to see if he has the same problems? Hi ?? He doesn't need to google firefox, just send him the link http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/ If that causes problems, why don't you download it to CD and send it to him Best wishes Nivard Ovington, in Cornwall (UK) > Can't do it because he needs to google firefox, once the google links > come up, when he clicks the link he needs, then he gets the 'cannot > display web page" error. Can't send the link because he doesn't hardly ever use his email so his ISP keeps de-activating his email account. Dumb. I can try to burn FF to a disk for him, never been good at that, though. I'm stumped, never seen this issue discussed before, I've blown what little I know. Thanks much. Toni ----- Original Message ----- From: Nivard Ovington Hi ??
