    3. Hi List, Can someone tell me how to get hyperlinks to show when using plain text format in Windows Live Mail please? I use Outlook Express and for some reason it has been `hijacked' and now my emails open in Windows Live Mail. Every time I try to send a link it has a red wavy line under it instead of the blue hyperlink. The only way I can get it to change is to format it to HTML which is not acceptable in Rootsweb. In fact none of the normal email addresses show up as hyperlinks when I click reply. Judith

    3. Open Internet Explorer, then go to the menu, Tools, Internet Option. There click on the Programs tab, and then in the email section, click on the drop down list and select Outlook Express. When Windows Live Mail was installed it was set as the default. 3. Hi David, Thanks for the help I appreciate it. I did do that but even though I clicked apply and ok it reset to Windows Mail. Fortunately another lister who had the same problem of Live Mail taking over, resolved it by unistalling the live mail component which I have now done also ...another Microsoft `wonder product' has now bitten the dust! Much to my relief as I found the whole thing very frustrating. 3. Judith, Click on CONTROL PANEL, then go to ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS, find WINDOWS LIVE MAIL in your list and remove it. I also had the same problem a few weeks back. Since removing WINDOWS LIVE MAIL I have had no problems.
