I do not know what happened to my computer. I was going to check the clock and when I clicked on it the i cons went to the top of the page along with Start. How do I get them to come back to the bottom of the screen. Kay

You should be able to DRAG the TaskBar back down to the bottom. Just put your mouse cursor on an empty part of the Task Bar, LEFT click and drag the TaskBar down to the bottom. You should then LOCK the TaskBar (so it doesn't move again) by RIGHT clicking on an empty area and selecting "Lock the Taskbar" Regards, Kevin.
