Hi Robyn Each to their own but it seems an awfully long winded way of doing things, I use PAF and find reports to suit most occasions, one database means just changeing one record with global results Many moons ago I toyed with making up my own charts using spreadsheets etc, I used a flow chart for the same at one point but frankly found it more trouble than it was worth Thankfully we have the choice to do what we feel gives the best results for our own needs and desires but cannot see me going back to doing my own again Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > >> You could do the same if you have Microsoft Excel installed on your >> computer.
