Hi Nivard, You're absolutely right - terribly long winded! But I enjoy doing it. I write all my notes up in Word (actually Open Office at present) too. It has been suggested that I need to get a life.... I did mess around for a while designing an Access database for it all, but gave up. Might get back to it one day.
