I just bought a new router it's a Linksys wireless-G broadband Router. It came with a program named Network Magic it had a free trial period which has expired is this program something I need? I have a win XP computer and a laptop with vista on it when I check the program it looks like it helps you with internet connection. Barbara

Hi Barbara, It is not a program you "need", but it does simplify the setup of your home network. I have setup LinkSys Routers in the past and have found that the enclosed documentation is quite satisfactory for most users. These days, unlike in the past, the setup of internal networks has been simplified dramatically. Regards, Kevin.
