    3. Go to Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore Click on Restore my computer to an earlier time. You can see how many months of Restore Points you have stored which is probably a lot more than you need, if you haven't changed it. Go back to the previous page. On the left side of the page you'll see "System Restore Settings. It opens a page where you can set the amount of disc space to use. I have mine set a 4 % which is about one month of restore points. Mine also creates Daily System Checkpoints Bob Wilson

    3. By default, System Restore creates automatic Restore Points (called as "System Checkpoints") every 24 Hrs.
