Has anyone had a problem with their printer working correctly with IE-8? I have an older HP all-in-one, and it will not open up for scanning since I have downloaded (by mistake) IE-8. HP offered a patch for IE-7, but they claim that IE-8 is not "totally finished" and so they cannot offer a patch until it is complete. Microsoft says that it is complete. This seems to be built-in obsolescent...sort of like us seniors! I'm not ready to give up yet, and I don't really want to buy a new printed. I have an Epson Scanner, and it works just fine. Just wondered if other brands are refusing to work with IR-8. Beth
