As I was trying to convert a power point file to ms word, all of a sudden I got all kinds of paragraph symbols etc. in Word. I'm sure they are characters for formating a paper. Trouble is now every time I open Word they appear. I can't figure out how to turn it off. Help. -- Thanks, Donna
Hi Donna, I am not sure of your level of proficiency with MS Word, so please bear with me. Are you aware of the "Show/Hide" button on the Standard Toolbar. This will Show or Hide the Punctuation Marks. Not sure if this is your issue or not ?!?!? Regards, Kevin.
