I had to get rid of IE-8 and go back to 7 because Ancestry's Enhanced Image Viewer is not compatible with 8. There are instructions online for removing IE-8 but I can't remember where...senior minute! Lila Did you try going to Add/Remove programs? Go to Windows Internet Explorer 8. I am using IE8 on 4 machines, including XP, Vista and Windows 7, I have NO issues with viewing the censes images at Ancestry.com with any of these machines.
