The PP presentation was beautifully done but was 64 pages. I saved the presentation, but didn't want to print out 64 pages. I copied the side bar that had the outline in it, pasted it as unformatted text into Word, then went back and copied the appropriate pictures and placed them in the pages. I could resize the pictures to help on space. I got it down to 11 pages. -- Thanks, Donna
Next time have a look at "File, Send To, Microsoft Word" There you will find about 5-6 choices!
