I use both irfanview and an old version of photoshop but they both require some work that is time consuming. A better way that I have found is to install Google's Picasa which organizes all images on your computer, and then just select the ones you want and email them to yourself. Picasa automatically resizes them for you as they are being sent. Then all you have to do is ftp or upload the email version to your website. Picasa will automatically resize images for email but can first pick the size image you want from several options. I am just now trying Irfanview and don't know much about it yet. When you say Picasa "organizes" all images on your computer and then you select the ones you want and email them to yourself. Picasa Automaatically resizes them for you as they are sent does this mean if I download Picasa every picture I have will be "organized" by that program or do I have a choice in when each picture is put in the picasa program, Sounds dumb I know but I have downloaded things before and then couldn't find things I was searching for everything till I finally uninstalled the program.
