Hi Susan? Sledge hammer and nut spring to mind <g> As I said I don't have the problem and am more than happy with my set up which means I get a copy of every mail I send, I could set up rules to divert those that don't have rootsweb in the address but think thats overkill As there is already a sent folder where a copy goes, and even if it were possible (which I can't see at present as rules work on mail coming in rather than going out) it would merely duplicate the sent folder, the aim (which I have) is to have a copy of all list postings (including my own) into my inbox rather than a separate folder Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > You don't actually need to do that. You simply set up a folder in your > Local > Folders group called Sent mail and just get the computer to put a copy of > all your sent messages into that folder. > > It should appear somewhere in the options of your mail program.
