You can not have both "The Best" and "The Cheapest". As for any motherboard, you may find that you can get a GOOD replacement from the OEM that made your computer. Laptops are whole another story. You will find that it will be cheaper in the long run to get a new laptop. As for a replacement motherboard, you will need to go to Toshiba and get it replaced by them. Do you know why the replacement is needed?
