Yes, I had the problem a while ago found that it had gone into a loop. Try uninstalling it and then redownload. that should fix the problem. Lloyd In a message dated 4/16/2009 7:17:00 P.M. I keep showing I need to update and when I do it seems that it is B956572 I download and it finally says finished and I click that thinking I am done and then the shield shows an update is ready it is the same one so I tried again and the same thing.
