I have a Dell PC using XP Pro, and a Compaq Laptop using Vista. Both are linked to my IPS via a wireless modem. The PC with a cabel and the Laptop by wireless conection. I would like to connect then so I can use all the files on the PC from the laptop, but I can't remember how to make the connection. Any help would be great. All you should need to do is enable file sharing on the computer you want to pull files from. You COULD do that on both systems, but the less sharing you have enabled, the better. It's also useful to have both systems use the same 'workgroup' name, makes sharing a bit easier.
