Help ~ have scanned a picture of my ggrandfather, and saved it to my Pictures folder by his name. I have just opened a new e-mail and went above to the "Insert" - picture area. My cursor is in place on the message page. When the Pictures file opened, only an Icon showed, not his picture, or any of the pictures I have saved in that folder. Can someone please tell me what I have done, that the pictures will not show in the Pictures folder. All are Icons, with only names or numbers below them. Thanks so much, Janet
