    3. Hello In word processing when I justify a paragraph sometimes the last line with only a few words will justify leaving long spaces between the words yet with other paragraphs the last line will not alter. Why does this happen please as it is rather annoying. Regards Peter

    3. May I ask what Word Processing program you are using, Peter ? I have tested this with Microsoft Word 2003 and the last line justifies completely across the screen ONLY when I use a "soft return" to end the paragraph. In MS Word, a soft return is inserted using SHIFT-ENTER as opposed to a "hard return" which is inserted using ENTER.
