    3. Hi Listers, I'm trying to log into the National Library of Australia's E-Resources site, but it won't recognise me if I use Firefox, which is my preferred program. The NLA advise that it won't work and I should use Internet Explorer. I have tried to open IE, had 3 (I think) windows from Spybot Search and Destroy asking me to approve something, which I did, but then all activity ceased. I have a blank screen with a notice saying "Connecting to site 207.46.193.245". I've got 4 green bars out of a potential 10 or so showing how far it's progressed. If I go to Task Manager it shows that "http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome - Windows Internet Explorer" is running. I'd be grateful for your help. Robyn

    3. Seems it just needed to be restarted after a big update. Wish it had told me though.
