Hi guys < I got a memory problem that is making it hard to ' keep ' my genealogical data ! I have two blocks of 128 for 256 total When I start my machine the fiest screen up " Black background , says I have 128 mb of memory , NOTE THIS >> it seems to be running rather slow !!, the website ' Crucial Memory ' said finds 256 MB , So whats the deal ? How do i fix it ? , Phil

Depending of the OS and some programs 256 is NOT enough. So what OS are you running and on what type (make and model) of machine? Also how large is your hard drive and how much empty space do you have?
