Hi: You can try again, but try closing down all other applications before you do the scan. If you really want to scan "in depth", you can... update your virus definitions, unplug from the internet, stop all programs from running (i.e. stop your firewall program and any other programs that startup with your system, but be careful not to stop any programs which are critical to your operating system... this can be a challenge), then run your Anti-Virus and do a full system scan.
