I have the above program which seems to work fine, but after the scan is complete, I get a list of 405 entries which it says it cannot scan. It has an "action" button but all the options are grayed out. Can someone explain, please? Thanks.

Hi: It may be that these files were "locked" or "in use" by the system at the time of the scan.
