Please tell us what kind of computer you have and how old it is. My son's Dell desk top computer is 5 years old and does not support USB 2.0. I have a Compaq Presario. I bought it about 5 yrs ago. When I look at the "my computer information" it shows 3 USB controller. Two of them say standard open HCD USB host and the other says standard enhanced PCI to USB host.
