Hi again Its so long since I have formatted anything I had to go remind myself <g> *after making any copies you want from the flash drive* Go to my computer, plug in the flash drive and note the drive letter allocated to it Right click on the flash drive and you should get "Format" in the list of options Selecting that will, (if memory serves) ask you if you really want to Format the drive Perhaps others can confirm thats the correct sequence You might like to google Format Flash Drive , there are several hits including :- http://www.quickonlinetips.com/archives/2005/08/fix-format-usb-flash-drives/ Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > Hi Nirvard, > > Thanks for the suggestion.
