    3. I am following this thread, but I don't understand much about it. What is CPU and how do you know if your computer is Overclocking? I have the desk gadget that shows the meter for cpu and for mem it just bounces back and forth never stays one place long Memory stays usually on 29% is that good or bad. The Cpu meter looks sort of like the pressure guage on an old canning cooker the red needle stays in the white area then bounces to the yellow but hardly ever to the red. just wish I knew more about taking good care of my computer, Windows 7 service pk 1, version 9, I looked at the link for CleanMemory Keven gave us but wasn't sure just where the download was, will look further into it later..........Bobbie Quoting David C Abernathy <[email protected]>: > Peter, > NO, I would NOT use any Overclocked machine. 3. Hi Bobbie, The CPU is the Central Processing Unit in your computer. It is an electronic part that is the "brains" of your computer. In PCs, this part is manufactured by either Intel or AMD. Though it is not necessary that you know about this, if you want to read more, try this... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_processing_unit Regards, Kevin.
