I sent the item below the line last evening and it bounced. Tried again the morning and EI crashed when I tried to use the contact list. Think I will leave it alone for awhile as I have more pressing needs to take care of for now. Thanks for the past help. I seem to be having more "senior moments" than usual since I got Windows 7. My copy of EI is #9. The Contacts I mentioned are in my yahoo.ca account. Sorry for not mentioning that. The reason I am blaming the problem on EI is that I have a second yahoo.ac which I open in FireFox, and I do not have the same problem with it. It seems to be working O'K tonight. I use EI for my mail lists, and such item that do not work well on FF. Can't remember what they are right now. They just seem to pop up now and then. Bea
