Actually this may be a Word issue. I bought a new all-in-one today and scanned a couple of old b/w photos to try it out which seemed to work quite well then inserted them one at a time onto an A4 Word sheet and enlarged the photo to fill the whole page but they only printed 19cm x 13cm which is smaller than the originals. All the settings are ok so I don't know what to do. My old printer did the same thing which means it's probably not the printers. I'm using Office 2007 and Vista. Any ideas please? Peter
Why are you using Word to do this printing. What not just print the photos using the Photo printing capabilities of Windows? Just right the files within Windows Explorer, and select Print. These files get converted to a Word base image and are not as good as the original. What type of image file did you saves these as? I use Word because I like to type something underneath the photo. I save them in Jpg. Thanks Peter > Why are you using Word to do this printing.
