Hi, I have about 25 rolls of 8mm film (regular and super 8) made beginning in 1950s that I want to transfer to a DVD. Films have some black spots, some dim pictures, but some are good. What is the best and most economical way to accomplish this? Also is there any way to restore the quality of the film?
