Hi Bob I use XP and have auto updates switched on (I don't trust my memory :-) I have no issues bar one On occasion it updates and part of the process requires a reboot, it warns that it will close and reboot in say 15 minutes and do you want to reboot immediately (you can choose to put that off but it will come back after a period), all well and good if you are at the PC but if you happen to go out of the room for those 15 minutes it will close and reboot, losing any open windows (which are saved if using Firefox) and any open unfinished emails or notes Thats the only annoyance I have but as it happens so infrequently its not really that much of an inconvenience Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > This AM a balloon popped up stating that I do not have Automatic Update > enabled.
