Christine I found something else that works, for me, anyway. Is the word "Download" on the attachment, itself, near the bottom? If so, click it to download it. Right click on the downloaded file and click "Open with" and select "Windows Live Photo Gallery". There you will be able to enlarge your file. Good Luck. Bob Thanks for your reply Bob. Hi Bob and All, With a little tech help I have now changed the default program for opening this type of file from HP MediaSmart Photo to Windows Live Photo Gallery which gives me sensible options like "Zoom In". The attached image doesn't have a "Download" option Bob, but I saved it as an attachment and was then able to change the default program which now applies even when I haven't saved the image.
